Class includes Kickboxing, Self Defence, Pressure Points and Martial Fitness.
Our Self-defence Instructor are Wayne Keough & Debbie Challoner, who have nearly 30 years combined experience in Martial Arts. Having practised Karate, Kickboxing, Jeet Kun Do and Kyoshu Jutsu (Pressure Points).
